Arguably the largest union in the world, the NCCAFWCWU unites workers in 6 government departments: the Ministry of Agriculture, State Forestry Administration, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Justice, China Meteorological Administration and Overseas Chinese Affairs. The present chairperson is Sheng Mingfu and the vice- chairpersons are Zhang Xiaohui (male) and Jiang Nan (female).
